Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unwashed, and with all Secret Toy India branding tags still attached.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item passes our warehouse inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or store wallet within 5-7 business days.
